We want you to love your merch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🧾 Returns
We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The T-shirt must be unworn and unwashed

The NFC chip must be intact and unactivated

All tags, inserts and packaging must be included
-
Items must be free from deodorant, makeup, fragrance, or stains
For limited-edition and/or technology-enhanced items, returns are only accepted if the product has not been activated or paired.
🔁 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Worn or washed items

Items with activated or scanned NFC chips

Damaged items not caused by shipping

Sale or discounted items
📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the NFC/AR integration is not functioning correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

Photos or a video of the issue (if possible)

A brief description
We will replace or refund faulty products at no cost to you.
📮 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
